Moving into an apartment with a full kitchen in the fall of 2024, I fell in love with cooking. It has provided a great escape from my very demanding academic life, giving me time to relax and make good food. I often times like to have a book with me, so while things are cooking on their own, I can take a minute to read and listen to the sounds of the kitchen.
