Examining The DIY Scene Albany

I spent just over a year and a half playing and attending concerts put on by the community of Albany. I played synths, keyboard and saxophone in basements, attics and restaurants with various groups. Two years later I wrote a retrospective ethnographic study of the community and it's structure. This study examined the collective social and economic practices of the scene, and the practice of mutual aid within it's spaces.
